1. Review Information to determine eligibility
2. Fill out application completely including all areas (electronic only - no handwritten documents).
3. Be sure to include your separate sheet that includes your goals and objectives
4. Attach any necessary documents i.e. proof of enrollment
5. Meet the application deadline (August 1)
6. E-mail all documents to scholarship committee at mwh1977@comcast.net

• Late or incomplete applications will not be considered
• All scholarship awards are the final decision of the scholarship committee in conjunction with church leadership.
• All documents are considered the property of the church and will not be returned.
